We used Global Pets to help relocate our two senior, medium sized dogs from the US to Portugal. The thought of transporting them safely was the scariest part of our move abroad. We learned about Global from friends who had used the service and were pleased. After several exploratory calls with other agencies, we immediately felt comfortable with Rita and the process as she explained and ultimately delivered for us and our girls.
She was not only incredibly responsive and reassuring, but she was with us on every step of the way, overseeing the team who moved our pups from our home in Indiana to our new home in Cabanas.
Our first good night of sleep in months, came after the team delivered our sweet babies to their new home safe and sound. I could not recommend this service more and I highly commend Rita, Yasmin, and Hugo from the Global team.
We could not thank them enough for making our family whole again in our new home.

This is our second time using their services and once again our pet was treated like a rockstar! From the beginning to end Global Pets and Rita are amazing!!!! The service may be pricey but you get what you pay for. We are grateful for the quality care provided to our German Shepherd.

I hired Global Pets to move my dog Ziggy to Portugal. Ziggy loves people but this was his first flight and I was concerned he may be reactive if mishandled. He is a large dog and can frighten people when he reacts.
The communication from everyone at Global Pets was very clear from the start. The entire process from the document collection to pickup at my home in the US until drop off at my home in Portugal was incredibly smooth. They sent photos of him throughout the transfer. And, while Ziggy was nervous and scared, his entire demeanor has been great since arrival. The man who dropped him off at my door gave him all sorts of love and it was so nice to see how kind everyone was to him.
I highly recommend this team. They are fabulous to work with and would use them again if we need to relocate our pets in the future.
