Goldenway International Pets provided the great services in registering my dog for cargo seat, handling my dog and completing the formalities before departure from CDG Paris. Especially, the personnel who picked up my dog is an experienced professional that can handle dogs with different temperament. The updates with photos of my dogs kept me posted how my dog was doing and if the process was smooth. This is very important to all pet owners. This photo was taken right after we were reunited and I could see her happy face.
The service from Goldenway International Pets is outstanding. Jessie took good care of my cat and kept me informed at all times. He was available at all times, and responded to all communication promptly. I definitely will use his service in the future! Gratefully,
Charlotte was very helpful, we have a big animal family, I was worried about the flight as I have some very scared and stressful cats but they were all fine and traveled and arrived safely. Goldenwaypets was great and made everything feel less stressful, even our saint bernard who isn’t usually good with people was very well taken care of and had no issues whatsoever. We also have an elderly deaf and blind jack russel who takes lots of daily medication, Charlotte had no problems with this. Would definitely recommend.
Jessie was very helpful. She responded very promptly to all my queries and ensured that I understood the whole process. Her colleague at the airport was very kind, and worked hard to get our dog out of the customs warehouse as quickly as possible, as it was so hot in there that day. I was grateful for his efforts. I would warn anyone collecting from a regional airport that their facilities are basic and if you're going on a hot day, take water for your dog to have immediately.
I had an excellent experience with Golden Way to bring my dog from Paris to Dublin! Irving was a wonderful professional and helped us to solve a problem that we had to flight with our dog in the hold. He was very gentle and my dog was very well treated. He arrived in Dublin very happy and now we are here together. We will always be grateful to Golden Way! Highly recommended company!
