This company lost many of our belongings while moving from the UK to Georgia, despite us insuring them for £10,000. Now they're simply saying: we can't help – contact insurance company. They lost the frame of an expensive lifting desk, parts from a vacuum cleaner, broken dishes and glasses, and lost clothes.
We're also missing new sets of towels and bed linen. My husband and I are absolutely shocked, but they're simply not helping! Avoid people who charge £4,000 for their services plus insurance – and then do a poor job and simply leave you without your belongings!
Could someone from the company explain how to use these expensive vehicles without their spare parts? The photo shows a table and a vacuum cleaner.
By the way, the people who picked up the items from England were given cash tips for a job well done. The job was terrible! Will you give me my money back?

Absolutely world-class service. I moved a 40' container of furniture and a car from Dubai to Tbilisi, Georgia. Gosselin managed everything on the Georgia side and did so with spectacular professionalism. Maia is amazing. She kept me informed every step of the way including the customs clearance and duties. Also, Gosselin's warehouse is new, spotlessly clean and very well organised. I cannot recommend Gosselin highly enough if you are moving to or within Georgia.

If you are moving between countries, especially out of EU or into EU, without this company you won’t gonna make it.
I spent half year chasing other options, like spedition companies etc. If you aren’t a company and want to move your own stuff, everyone will look at you like at some kind of an alien.
I heard some people were doing moving using DHL or sth like that, but this is really dumb, unless your stuff consists of a mattress and game console.
They do everything, you don’t need to wonder how much you paid for this old pair of worn socks 10 years ago, because customs will stop’em on the border. And they helped me move during the pandemic. You wanna move - there is no other option, trust me, they are worth their price and even more
