I strongly recommend Groovy Pet Transport and want to thank their wonderful team, especially Mrs. Rista who helped me a lot to move my pet from Athens to Jakarta in a short period of time paying thorough attention to all details including preparation of documents for import permit and their submission to the relevant authorities as well as passing through the quarantine at the airport. My pet is with us now and enjoys his new environment.
We had 3 dogs that needed to be rescued from a shelter in Jakarta. The dogs were sick and needed a fair amount of medical attention before flying to the USA. Mita and her team coordinated with the vets, vaccines, accommodation, tests, and Indonesian authorities as well as with the team in the USA for their arrival. It was a long and difficult project that required a lot of attention to detail and the team at Groovy went above and beyond to make it happen. Now the 3 friends are in their forever home in Los Angeles, getting fat and enjoying their senior years. Kudos to Mita, Dr. Gabby and all their staff for all of their attention throughout this journey.

This was my first experience transporting a dog from Indonesia to USA. My Mom recently passed away and I decided to adopt her dog, "Brownie", which means a lot to me emotionally.
