We most highly recommend group Fawa Resort. We put our faith and trust in them to relocate our pets from Panama to Ecuador. Door to door service. They handled all of the arrangements and kept in touch with us on a constant basis. There was a small set back when the airlines canceled the flight for our babies. They had to wait a week for avaliable booking as spaces are limited. With restrictions in Ecuador an import can be challenging. Fawa came thru with professionalism. Most importantly is the loving attention our pets received in their care. All of the videos showed them really enjoying their extra week of vacation at the Grupo Fawa Resort. This facility and the staff are a true blessing. They also provide live streaming! Never a doubt or worry. I put my faith and trust in them 100%. Gracias, gracias, gracias for answered prayers.

They handle absolutely everything with professionalism and dedication. During the journey, they kept me informed at all times, sending me photos and the necessary information. There was a delay due to bad weather on the way to a layover in Amsterdam, a situation beyond their control, and yet they managed it responsibly and with constant communication. Silver, as is normal after a long trip, arrived a little tired and nervous, but within minutes I saw him stable, calm, and happy, which demonstrates the love and care with which he was treated. I recommend this service with complete confidence. The staff was always friendly and kept me informed with photos and messages; plus, the 24/7 access to his room's camera was fantastic, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Honestly, one of the best dog hotels; they take excellent care of the dogs. My dog ​​is anxious, but he adapted quite well. They gave him his meals and water, and we could check on him 24/7.
