Took good care of our cat from pick up to departure. Our very nervous cat arrived healthy and relatively unfazed. They were clear about requirements and were easy to get hold of when I had questions. Pricing was half of their competition ($900). Highly recommend.

Emily was fantastic at organizing our dogs flight from Ottawa to Vienna. Everything went really well, and she was incredibly patient with my millions of questions. We even received pictures of our dog after he checked in at the airport! Very happy with the care to details and service we received.

I dealt with Emily for my dog transport and she was absolutely amazing, prompt and caring. Although we ran into an issue with WestJet refusing to the flight (I will never use them again), Emily was quick to resolve the issue and ensured my dog was transported accordingly. She made this horrible WestJet experience not taint your company's professionalism and service. Best customer service I have received in a very long time. Thank you Emily!!!

After researching several pet relocation services in the US and Canada, I decided to go with Haptran's Holding and am very glad I did. Emily walked me through the entire process and was very responsive to my many questions. My 5 year old dog was successfully relocated from Toronto to Germany with no problems.
