Horrible experience!!! Unreliable, unresponsive, awful behavior! Avoid at all cost!
Terrible service, uncooperative and non-existent communications after receiving payment for freight. Unhelpful freight coordinators. Warning for anyone who decides to ship with this company.
I received an SMS saying that the package would be delivered today, which of course didn't happen. The courier didn't pick it up during working hours, nor did he call me back... Unfortunately, he chose the people I ordered from as the courier...whatever doesn't work, there's no need to force it...
Their package tracking interface is a joke - all you can see is that it's in transit and that they're bringing a package from China on a given day. But is it morning or evening... I've been waiting for the package for two days, the courier is unavailable, he doesn't even answer the phone.
Never let anyone work with them. Period. If you ordered from someone who does, I'm sorry.
