WARNING!! Disgusting mis treatment of animals with this company. Our beautiful Weimaraner dog arrived covered in his own feces and urine, hugely distressed and physically hurt after not being allowed out for a walk or anything for 7 HOURS!!!! for a 2 hour flight. We had to borrow a hose and spend 1 hour & 10 mins washing all the feaces off him before we could even put him in the car!!! He has never been so shook and quiet it was really upsetting to see such mistreatment of an easy and happy dog. If you love your pet, NEVER send them with these bandits!!!!
A week ago I sent them a UPS quote request, via email, since their online forms do not work, but they did not provide any quote or response to me. There was no response from Intercourier.pt after a repeated contact either.

Péssimo serviço; péssimo atendimento. Esta empresa simula, sistematicamente, entregas e obriga os clientes a irem às suas instalações levantar as encomendas. Acresce que as encomendas nem sequer estão neste armazém. A exigir uma inspeção urgente pela ASAE, pois não tem condições para operar no mercado.
