Terrible service. My dog traveled from Calama to Santiago, and they didn't deliver on their promises. They didn't provide any updates about the dog, like videos or anything that would reassure you that he was okay. We had to insist to get any information. On a very long trip, they never took him out of the kennel, and it took much longer than they said. My dog arrived in bad shape. I hope this doesn't happen to another dog. Don't use this company's services; they don't care about the dogs or the peace of mind of their owners.
