I recently flew three pets (two dogs and one cat) to Switzerland with International Animal Lounge, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with genuine care. The team was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. What truly stood out to me was their availability — I could email in the middle of the night to check on my pets’ flight, and I would receive a reply almost immediately. That level of communication gave me so much peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful experience. It’s never easy flying your furry family members across the world, but they made the entire journey smooth and reassuring. I felt confident that my pets were in safe, caring hands every step of the way. I can wholeheartedly recommend International Animal Lounge to anyone looking to relocate their pets internationally. I would absolutely choose them again without hesitation!
Glen was a delight to deal with. Has a genuine care for the animals, I was relocating back to the UK and bringing my 4 year old GSD with me. Glen was accommodating and very helpful. Also Emily was fantastic to deal with too, they took a lot of the stress out of the move.
We flew 2 larger dogs and 2 cats, one is 17 years old, to China. Glen and Emily were amazing! Our pets had to fly separately from us and were going through the Middle East. There was some uncertainty if they could fly due to some conflict in the area. I was very worried and stressed but Glen and Emily were so understanding and very on top of all changes and updates. Would definitely recommend IAL! Amazing all around!! They truly care!
Fantastic experience transporting our German Shepherd from yyc to London Heathrow. All the details of the trip were handled expertly and there were zero issues during drop off travel or pick up. Glenn in Calgary was wonderful about making me and my dog feel comfortable and I knew that she was in good hands. Thanks again!
All i can say is they’re simply awesome. They were a champ in handling Millie during our move to the UK. They sent me updates with photos that helped me calm down as she was not travelling with me ( she was on cargo). Even the team in Toronto did not disappoint. Such an awesome experience. Could not have had it any other way. Highly recommend
