George and Ping have been really really helpful with my emails enquiry regarding my pet relocation to the US and I really appreciate their time to advise, especially with ongoing changes regarding country entry regulations and different flight options. Would definitely recommend their services.
not really worth the money, staff cannot communicate in english or any other language other than cantonese. The vet they arrange is in Mong kok and you as a client have to continuously follow up. The lady in charge of us Ms. Ha Lam was chaotic, loud and very anxious which was a very unpleasant experience. For what they are charging you are better off looking for other companies.

This was something I had never dealt with before, especially pet transportation. During my phone inquiry, the sales representative was incredibly patient and meticulous in answering all my questions.
