Where do I begin? Danielle, Laura and the whole team at JCS are beyond incredible. I was moving my Wolfie from Colombia to London and the company in Colombia were appallingly bad, they made the whole process unbelievably stressful but thankfully JCS saved the day. The ONLY reason Wolfie is here is because of them, especially Danielle, who did not give up. She kept checking, amending, helping. She didn’t stop for weeks. I could not have done it without her. When Wolfie was landing Laura was on holiday and still messaged me and checked with her team. Their dedication and kindness carried me through. I cannot recommend them enough. Wonderful people and exceptional team. I also wanted to say Laura organised wolfie’s check spectacularly, making sure he had a welfare check on arrival, keeping me up-to-date. The team at the Heathrow HARC were wonderful too. Thank you all for reuniting me with Wolfie.
Thank you all again for all your help in getting my daughters corn snake from the UK to Spain. Excellent communication thoughout and he even arrived a bit earlier than I originally expected. I had absolutely no clue about exporting animals in general let alone a snake and you guys couldn't have been more lovely and helpful from start to finish. And made the process so much less stressful... well, it wasn't stressful in the slightest to be honest. You covered absolutely everything and sorted everything for us. No other company would transport him and we were about to give up hope in bringing him to Spain with us. If you can transport a baby corn snake and he arrive healthy and happy then I have no doubt any animal Is in good hands here. If I could give you 10 stars out of 5 I would. Really can't thank you all enough for making everything so easy and making my daughter super happy to have her little friend back. PS; I loved his little crate you made for him to travel in! Super safe and so well built.
A big THANK YOU to the entire JCS team for all the hard work in bringing our two Shih Tzu babies safely from the UK to Australia! Rachel and Sarah were absolutely amazing—so patient with me, providing regular updates and maintaining excellent communication throughout the entire process. Their agent in Australia was also fantastic and kept us informed during the quarantine period. Our family is now reunited, and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you again!!
A big thank you to JSC Livestock for their amazing help in relocating my one-year-old Ragdoll from the UK to Taipei. Moving such a long distance with a cat was super stressful, but their clear and friendly communication made it so much easier. I was really impressed by how comfortable my cat seemed in their custom-built kennel — it was obvious they prioritised her well-being. She arrived safely and is now happily settling in at our hotel. A special shoutout to Charlie for his constant support and guidance. I’d definitely recommend JSC Livestock to anyone relocating their pets. They truly made the whole experience much smoother!
A huge thank you to JCS Livestock for how smoothly they handled the import of our two beloved rescue cats. A special mention to Alex who was prompt on email comms and made it possible for us to collect our cats within two hours of our own arrival into Heathrow Airport.
