Jet Pet was brilliant as my receiving agent in Hong Kong. They handled all the airport pickup, AFCD paperwork, and customs clearance without a hitch. What I loved most was their communication - they kept me posted throughout the whole process and made sure I knew exactly when and where to collect my cat. No waiting around wondering what was happening. The team clearly knows Hong Kong’s import system inside out. They took care of all the bureaucratic stuff that would have been impossible for me to navigate alone. My cat arrived safe and the whole handover was quick and professional.
Good things are my dog successfully moved to Singapore. Price is not high, and export documents (from HK) prepared well. Bad things are their colleagues are not well communicated. Normally we ask them more than they guide us proactively. And they have no clue how to pick my dog up when arriving SG, so all of their guidances for pick up are wrong, as the same time we are moving with bulky items. The experience was horrible when we were arriving.
Called them for some brief info before, the staff who picked up my call kept asking me to send info to them first and sounds quite impatient...
At the beginning of this year, I entrusted JETPet to transport my two little Josephs from Hong Kong to Taipei. The whole process went smoothly. All the documents, transportation and after-sales services were very good and sufficient. The professional advice provided made us and the babies feel at ease!
