We flew our 18yr old cat Maddie over to Perth, WA from Auckland this week, using Jetpets. They were amazing. Summer was our personal travel consultant and she couldn’t have been kinder and more efficient. She always greeted my many worries and questions with understanding and reassurance. The whole process was made easy from the start and right up to her arrival, and picking her up was simple too. We also received personal updates about how she was doing before she got on her flight. She arrived in Australia showing absolutely no signs of stress at all, just a bit hungry, but she’s always hungry! We can’t recommend Jetpets enough, we would use them again in a heartbeat. My heart was full the minute I saw my lil one. I was just waiting to give her a HUG. Thank you for everything, Jetpets! It was a smooth transition with good communication all through!
