Excellent service, Sam at Jets4Pets was always on hand with guidance and information, can’t fault the seamless service. Hugo went from North Yorkshire UK to Brisbane Australia including quarantine in Melbourne. Peace of mind all the way through for us and he travelled and quarantined really well! Living it up in Queensland now !
I flew my dog Rika with Jets4Pets from the UK to Perth, WA. I cannot recommend them enough. I could not have done this emotional journey without Sam and thank her for everything she has done. I found this company through recommendations on Facebook and I’m so glad I did. Sam helped me through the whole process. Her communication was amazing, including messaging my vet direct to advise what needed to be done. Saw talked me through everything and made things simple when it seemed like a minefield. Rika travelled from Cumbria down to London. I was updated each step of the way. My dad was very impressed with the transport driver and had no concerns. Rika is now settled and loving life in WA 🇦🇺
Amazing service from Jets4Pets for our German Shepherd, Loki, who travelled from the West Midlands to Melbourne. Sam supported us through every step of the process and made everything so much easier. Loki travelled and completed quarantine smoothly, and he’s now happily settling into his new life in Melbourne.
