You may be at risk of getting sick eating here. The public washroom at this location was absolutely disgusting. It’s clear it hadn’t been properly cleaned in days - possibly longer. I suspect part of the reason it’s so neglected is that the restaurant is on a university campus, but that is no excuse. Every customer, regardless of age or demographic, deserves a clean and safe environment. If the washroom is this filthy, it makes you seriously question the cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Management needs to address this immediately.
Come here sometimes to get some dumplings and spring rolls, it is always usually really good. I feel like overtime when I ordered I got less portions of the food. Cashier’s are always really friendly. The bathroom is horrid. Would recommend though if you want some decent Chinese food!
Visited M2GO on January 20 2026 and I must say this place was pretty good! The staff member there Karli treat so good! She took her time to explain all the different combos for us and we got some hot fresh delicious sweet and sour chicken balls. The food here is good, your typical Chinese fast food. I must recommend the Raspberry Lychee Iced Tea! It’s sooooo good! Thanks Karli for making our experience a good one!
Thinks how they cook the breaded torpedo shrimp. They is what they think is acceptable to serve to a customer.
I visited this place on December 23, 2025, around 10:00 PM, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing due to the extremely disrespectful attitude of the staff. When I entered the restaurant, I greeted the staff, but no one responded. During the ordering process, the staff continued to behave in a very rude and indifferent manner, making me feel unwelcome. When I was leaving, I said “thank you very much”, and once again received no response at all. This kind of behavior from the staff is very strange and unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing business. Basic politeness and respect toward guests should be the minimum standard. I strongly suggest that management reviews how their staff treat customers, because this experience was truly disrespectful. I will definitely not return to this place and cannot recommend it to anyone.
