Manoir Kanisha recently assisted us in the relocation of 2 rescue dogs adopted from the middle east. Their flight date to Montreal came quickly and was days away. Tim organized everything quickly and efficiently and they were able to accommodate these 2 beautiful dogs on short notice and handled it all with a great sense of humor too!. Clear communication and constant updates the entire time. The whole team took great care of them the few days they stayed until their next flight. The dogs were delayed a day on their onward travels to us due to a snow storm and were kept safe and warm until the next day when they were able to fly out. I always felt confident they were in good hands. Nicole kept me well informed as well and provided me with photos, tips and suggestions on their care. This is the kind of client service that is a rarity these days. Nicole even followed up after their arrival to make sure they were doing well. They truly care about the animals they help relocate. This was an amazing experience. Thank you to the entire Manoir Kanisha team who assisted with this project.🖤
Thank you so much to the team at Manoir Kanisha. Special thanks to Tim who is very knowledgeable and reassuring throughout this whole process of moving our 2-year-old cat from Montreal to Dubai. Even when facing last-minute issues with the chosen airline, Tim was able to adapt and offer solutions to have our pet with us as quickly as possible. A huge thank you to the owners Nicole and Bozena and the rest of the team for taking good care of our cat while I was transitioning to our new house. Even with his picky tastes and timid personality, they found a way to manage everything and made his stay at the Manoir smooth. He is now sleeping safely on my lap, recovering from all the travel. Would definitely recommend this wonderful team!
I was very sad to hear that Manoir Kanisha was closing. This is the one place I trust Nicole and her team to take care of my dear Sunshine. I entrusted Nicole with Sunshine, when I had her for only 2 weeks, for an unexpected trip. As a first time dog owner, and of a German Shepherd too, I was so worried and overwhelmed. Nicole gave me extremely valuable advice, taught Sunshine how to catch, and let Sunshine have a loving home away from home. I am grateful for Manoir Kanisha for not only taking care of my dog, but also taking care of my anxieties as a new dog mom! Sunshine loved running in their playground and I loved watching her run. It’s a precious happy memory for me. It’s been three months since Sunshine entered my life and everyday I use some piece of advice that Nicole gave me. My floor and the vacuum are happy that the combing techniques work! It works so well I had to buy a second! Thank you Nicole and thank you Manoir Kanisha. May Nicole and her team get through this difficult time. From my heart, I wish all the best to you all.
A huge thank you to Manoir Kanisha for their incredible support and expertise in preparing our dog, Odin, for his journey to Italy. From the start, they addressed all of our concerns and anxieties, providing invaluable guidance on the logistics of transporting a dog by plane. Their meticulous preparation ensured that Odin arrived safely in Rome, even after spending 15 hours in his crate! He was calm and well taken care of, with water still in his bowl upon arrival—a testament to their attention to detail. It’s sad to hear that Manoir Kanisha is closing at the end of the month. Manoir Kanisha’s team, wealth of experience and dedication to animal care will be deeply missed. I called Manoir Kanisha to find out about flying one of our rescue dogs to Montreal from Denver, CO. I spoke with Nicole who was so helpful and kind! She took the time to explain the very best ways to transport him and how to set him up for an easier flight. I am sad to hear that they are closing at the end of the month. This is a much needed service and it will definitely be hard to find a dedicated and caring person like Nicole who will take the time to help people with all the details.
