If you need to transport your fur baby outside Canada, you can trust Services Transport DSB! Recently, we needed to relocate outside of Canada with our 12 year old Labrador. We were very concerned that she would not survive the trip. She needed to stay in boarding for more than two weeks before being shipped abroad. Thanks to the expert care she received, Sasha was stress free, well fed, and treated like one of the family. Our lovely Sasha arrived to us happy, healthy, and in better shape than when Services Transport DSB picked her up. I highly recommend Marie-Gabrielle and her husband to care for and transport your fur baby. 💜💯
This was by far the worst service we’ve ever experienced. The owner, Marie-Gabrielle, was consistently unresponsive and unavailable. When she did eventually reply—often days later—her tone was rude and unprofessional. She made several errors in our documents and provided incorrect information on multiple occasions. As a result, we had to reschedule our flights twice, incurring significant additional costs, because the paperwork was incomplete and our dogs were denied boarding from Montreal on Emirates Airline due to missing requirements. Despite her high fees, the service offered was limited to basic paperwork—most of which is easily accessible online and straightforward to complete on your own. I strongly recommend handling the process independently. It will save you time, money, and unnecessary stress.

Marie and her team at Services Transport DSB did a phenomenal job helping get two beloved cats from Montreal to Australia. She went the extra mile to help get the paperwork redone when the vet made a mistake on the dates. It was a scramble to get everything redone on time, and Marie knew what to do and took care of cascading issues, like needing to fly the next day; she really came, though. Excellent! Ms. Turcotte took great care of my pet. She arrived with a cage she had modified herself to meet the transport requirements for rodents. She kept me informed of everything until Roycephus's departure and managed to put him on the same flight as me, even though I contacted her at the last minute (10 days before). Very good service, a little pricey, but that's the going rate. Once it's paid, it's all paid... I just had to pick up my pet and go home.
