I can’t say enough great things about Merflex in Miami, FL, and the outstanding care provided by Andrés and his team during a recent international move involving my parents’ two dogs—a black lab named JC and a goldendoodle named Mia. The pups were traveling to El Salvador, and Merflex handled the check-in and boarding portion of the journey with absolute professionalism and genuine care. Although the original plan was for JC and Mia to stay with them just one night before their flight, a last-minute rescheduling turned that into a two-night stay—and Merflex didn’t miss a beat. They kept both dogs comfortable, safe, and calm throughout the delay, and communicated clearly so we knew they were in great hands. Their facility was clean, secure, and well-organized, and it was obvious they truly care about the animals they handle. This entire process was done in coordination with Feathers & Fur Express, who I also highly recommend for pet relocation services. Their team worked closely with Merflex and made sure all the logistics, paperwork, and timing were handled smoothly. The partnership between the two companies made all the difference. Thanks to Merflex and Feathers & Fur, JC and Mia arrived safely and happily to their new home in El Salvador. Merflex helped us ship our two dogs from Miami to Santo Domingo. In the U.S., they provided overnight boarding, so we could arrive in D.R. ahead of the dogs. When we arrived in D.R., Gabriel was ao helpful with dealing with customs and getting our pups once they arrived. Without Merflex, I am not sure we could have figured it out. They were professional and responsive the whole trip. They even sent photos of our dogs before they left Miami to ease our anxiety. I definitely recommend their services.
