I am so content about the great service, I received from the Welcome Airport Services! I lost my iPhone in a EasyJet plane in Copenhagen Airport and as the staff was not staff that regularly work in Copenhagen Airport, my iPhone went with the plane out of the airport and ended up in Krakow Airport. I located my iPhone through Find My iPhone and informed the staff at Welcome Airport Services about me being able to locate it in Terminal 1 in the airport. They were kind and responsive and ended up very thoroughly packing my iPhone into a box and shipping it to Copenhagen Airport where some Norwegian staff helped me get it. I can therefore highly recommend contacting the nice staff if needed!

If I could I would give negative rating for this company and its service. They do not care for their customers and cheat on the customers. Our luggage got completely destroyed and they have not delivered the refund nor new luggage that they promised they would. Companies like this should simply be banished from normal business space. Of course they do not react to any calls and emails. If your luggage gets lost simply go to the court first and do not waste your time with them. When WAS tell you they are only a handling agent - do not trust them since they are responsible for delivering your luggage and they cannot change that. They just want to get rid of you.
We are waiting over 24h for delivery of the delayed baggage. The only information on the website is that since today^s morning our bags arrived to the Chopin Airport. Nobody answers phone at the airport office. It was supposed to be delivered to the given adress ( 10km from the airport!!) by the courier today in the morning. I can understand the work force problem but total lack of communiction is pure arrogance.
