I cannot praise this Company highly enough, the staff have gone far beyond the call of duty. My 8 week old puppy was delivered to Sydney Airport from the breeder put on butchers paper then left. Poor puppy so stressed he vomited in his crate, breeder wouldn’t return to clean. He was to come to Melbourne. Wayne from the Melbourne office got two staff members there very quickly. One was Carla who not only cleaned all his cage, she wiped him down, had a clean blanket and put it with him then rang me. Wayne sent me photos. So instead of being on a 7 am flight it was 10 am When I collected him from Menzies Cargo in Melbourne and mentioned to the gate guy at Menzies Cargo the wonderful help I had had from a very stressful situation from Moorholme, he agreed and said they are the best. Then next day Wayne rings me, his paperwork was stuck to the back of the crate, not one person saw it. What does Wayne do……delivered the paperwork to my house. Unbelievably kind and helpful service, I believe they also have boarding and training facilities. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🐾🐾🐾🌷🌷🌷. Update talking to a friend breeder this morning relating this story, her comment “That must be Wayne from Mooreholme” 😳😳😳. Renown in the breeding industry for their amazing service too.

We had to bring our cats from the PEQ in Melbourne to their furever home in Sydney. From the first moment Leigh was really amazing. Questions have been answered really quickly, the whole process was really effortless for us. Door-to-door delivery was great. Recently had a puppy flying from Perth to Townsville via an overnight stay in Brisbane using Moorholme Pet services. Service was excellent. Moorholme went out of their way to answer any questions and allay any fears. Puppy received a look after care agent with the overnight stay who remained in contact throughout the pups stay Truly pleased and highly recommended
