A friend referred this company for my moving needs. Initially, the team seemed professional until we noticed they had stolen a few of our household and children’s items. On the day they completed the offload, I was about to tip them commending them on their work until I realized the next day that a couple of our items were gone. I called their sales line and the rep was nonchalant and didn’t take any action. It’s a shame that you pay a company to move for you and their team ends up stealing your property. As of the day the I am writing this review it’s been 5-6 weeks since we moved and nobody has called to rectify it. The supervisor on duty that day claims he was unaware and would try to recover the items. Nothing has come of it. Stealing from an adult is one thing but stealing from children is shameful. I am unable to give zero stars hence the 1 star (which is for their service) that we paid for. I have all the names of the staff that were on duty that day . I had collected the names so I could commend their team manager and tip them but unknown to me, they had other plans. I know I will not be able to recover these items but for those of you that will want to use this company, don’t ignore this note.

Pack my load company has to be the best logistics company I’ve ever used. Their service is the best. Workers are so free spirited and very ready to work. My loads were neatly packaged and there was no single damage. They are the best and I will recommend them any day any time. Thank you pack my load for making relocation easy. You guys are the best.

I was very impressed with the move led by Shogo. The movers were professional, courteous, friendly, and they arrived on time. Everything was packed carefully and neatly. My items were safely loaded and delivered to my house and put exactly where I wanted. No complains. Excellent service delivery. Definitely recommending them.
