Thank you for your assistance to reunite us with our precious cargo. I thought the service was good, one individual standing out for me as being excellent, responsive and professional. Our dog was delivered to us safely and is now getting happily acquainted to her new home.

Move One provided excellent service in Relocating my two dachshunds from South Africa to Saudi Arabia. I was very happy with the treatment and service I received with excellent reply time during the entire process. All members pf the team was patient with all of our questions and the person who met us when picking the dogs up in Riyadh was almost as happy as us. I moved recently from Dubai to KSA. Packaging was great, but few items were lost on their way, my TV screen came with a broken. Don’t sign anything until you unpacked all your stuff. This company will use it against you. It turned out, the insurance doesn’t work and this company is not willing to cover for the losses.
