Of course I was nervous sending my fur-babies (3 of them - a dog and two cats) on a transport without me. And of course I did all the “right things” like got a personal recommendation, ensured key certifications, and checked reviews. But I was still nervous - they’re our family! Thankfully, Gabbi, and Whitney and Jimmy were terrific and eased my nerves from the very beginning. They called exactly on schedule a couple of days before pickup and spent as much time as I needed talking about the personalities, quirks, and needs of our furs. We had an unusual situation where we didn’t get to meet personally at pickup due to our flight times - so that made the phone calls/texts and pictures along the way that much more important. Every four hours, exactly as promised, we communicated about my fur-babies and I could tell that Whitney and Jimmy were loving our furs like their own. They really understood them, and they even got Elke (our dog) some holiday toys for her journey. They communicated more frequently as they got closer and when our babies arrived I could tell instantly that they were loved and well taken care of - all three were very happy. Whitney and Jimmy are wonderful - they clearly love animals, gave their all to our 3 babies, and I would highly, highly recommend them without hesitation. Thank you Pet Travel Transport - and specifically Whitney and Jimmy - Roo, Oscar, and Elke look forward to their next journey with you!

My sister in Miami died a few months ago and I had to get her cat to Virginia. This was part cat rescue and part transport. Gabbi set us up with a terrific team who helped the elderly caretaker in Miami get him into the crate. They drove him straight through to us and while sure, he was upset, soon settled down and is now playing with our other animals. This is a great service. Are they cheap? No. But the difference between this and me driving down and back with hotel stops is not a huge diff. Great communications with the transport team, too. Recommended! (Give them a nice tip.)

I had a great experience with Pet Travel Transport and highly recommend them. My drivers were originally Jimmy and Whitney, who were highly communicative, and then I ended up with Michelle as my driver due to changes in schedule from the blizzard in the Northeast. Through all the stress and chaos of the blizzard and rescheduling, the Pet Travel Transport team kept my nerves at ease and handled the rescheduling with total flexibility. Gabbi was also lovely to work with and answered all my questions with patience.
Maddie arrived happy and safe! The team was also very understanding of her needs and worked with her nervousness in the beginning. Michelle communicated throughout the drive, sending me pictures and updates regularly/without needing to be asked.
Pricing was fair and reasonable for the service! Highly recommend!

Shipping a 140lb yellow lab from St. Croix to Miami is no small task but Andy at Pet Travel Transport pulled it off in fine fashion. Andy was professional throughout the transport but really the best part was his communication with updates at all time via text, email and phone calls. This is my 4th time using Pet Travel transport and I highly recommend their services - your pet(s) will be in caring, capable hands.
