Sebastian and Marcel helped us relocate our two German Shepherds, Koda and Bare, from France to the United States, and they exceeded every expectation. From the start, they were incredibly personable and genuinely caring. They understood our concerns about our dogs' anxiety and took proactive steps to ensure their comfort. We had specially fabricated crates made for our first move but the airlines no longer accepted them, so, they helped us obtain crates and delivered them well in advance so Koda and Bare could get accustomed to them before travel day. This was especially important since one of our dogs had previously chewed his way out of a crate—but thanks to their preparation and attention to detail, we had no issues whatsoever. Throughout the process, Sebastian and Marcel were responsive, professional, and reassuring. When the airline made a last-minute change requiring us to fly into a completely different airport due to an inexplicable embargo in Chicago, they handled it seamlessly and kept us informed every step of the way. What truly sets Moving Animals apart is how they go above and beyond. They didn't just transport our dogs—they made us feel cared for too. Sebastian even helped carry my luggage to the airport check-in counter and drove me to the airport. It felt like they were moving a member of their own family. 110% recommended!
