My dog arrived from Baghdad to the USA at 4:00 PM, and the Ark was incredibly attentive. They promptly came to pick up my dog after just 15 minutes. The person who arrived to collect my dog was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all our questions. She ensured that we had all the necessary paperwork for a smooth transition. After my dog arrived at the Ark, they sent me an email with an update and pictures, which I greatly appreciated. They also took the time to clean my dog, her crate, and blanket. The Ark has a lovely lounge or oasis upstairs where owners can wait for their dogs. Later that day, I received an email informing me that my dog had been cleared from the CDC.

Our flight was cancelled and changed multiple times due to the blizzard and the Ark team was super responsive and helpful with accommodating Chip last minute. We arrived with Chip around 2pm and the Ark team met us at customs and explained everything to us. Surprisingly Chip was released the same day! We felt we could trust the Ark team with Chip and we definitely felt he was taken care of to the highest standards. It was an amazing start to Chip’s new journey here!

My dog arrived in an early morning flight 1am 01/27 and the ark was very attentive and came to pick up my dog. Before this Clara was helping us with the whole process, she was very helpful and very patient with us, she made sure we had all the paperwork we needed for an easy transition. After my dog arrived to the ark they sent me an email with an update and pictures which I appreciated so much. Later In the day I got the email that my dog was cleared from the CDC. Thank you so much Ark!!

I brought my dog from Ecuador and I have to say at first I was sketchy. But everything went fine. My dog is here in the U.S happy with me now. I think that process was smooth, the only stressful part was when there was a mistake on one of my forms but they quickly brought it to my attention to get it fixed. The communication is a bit hard because it is through email, but I gotta say that communication was very good considering that it was through email. My agent was a fast responder. I also should mention that they sent me updates of my dog while she was getting cleared which I think was awesome and brought me peace. I’m thankful for The Ark and how smoothly they handled everything.

We were very nervous about shipping our Irish Setter to our new home in Italy. After searching several services, we chose The Ark at JFK because the team seemed responsive and knowledgeable. We're so glad we chose this service. Everything went off perfectly, including on-time pickup of our dog, a nice text showing him in the play yard at The Ark, and other follow-up. Once in Italy, the gate agent was really great, keeping us informed about Finnegan's progress through customs clearance. In the end, the dog arrived in perfect shape. It was harder on us humans than the dog!
