The aren't enough stars to give One Moving. They went above and beyond what they were required to do in order to make sure our dogs made it back safely to the US. They always responded when we had questions and treated our dogs like they were their own. They worked professionally as a team and kept us informed at all times. Laura, Wanessa and Rafael were awesome! I honestly can't say enough good things about them. I would highly suggest One Moving to anyone making a move with their pets. There is a lot to the process and One Moving understands and excels at getting the job done.
Bom dia 😁 Thank you all so very much for your help with the transport of my dogs.. Nothing really ever goes as planned.. so I consider this a job well done. You all reacted to the situations very well.. And I felt you first concern was the well being of my animals (including the 2 you were just giving guidance on). Second was showing me compassion and speaking to me in ways of comfort and kindness!. Especially when things weren't going as planned. But through out the ENTIRE process I felt like I was in the hand of well trained professionals. And this is a cost I can afford to be at ease ! I could go on and on about the experience. We used One Moving to get our boys, our cat Yoda and dog Jon Snow from the US to Brazil, and we couldn't be happier with their service. Wanessa and Rafael were amazing from start to finish. They were super kind and always kept us in the loop with updates, which made us feel so much better about the whole process. Communication was a breeze—they used WhatsApp, and it was so easy to get in touch with them. They gave us all the info we needed and were quick to answer any questions we had. The best part? Jon Snow and Yoda arrived home calm and happy, even after such a long trip with multiple flights and a long drive. If you're moving your pets, we highly recommend One Moving.
