Orient International Relocations have been wonderful to work with. A move around the world is always complicated but they manage with kindness, competence and great service. I had recently brought my Oreo(a beagle) from the UK to Kathmandu. I was quite confused on how to bring it but Orient had helped me a lot through the process. Although the process was a bit long, but the Orient team was very professional and I would like to thank them for bringing my Oreo safe and sound.
They had locally moved me, they were professional and nice. Had some miscommunication but overall good service
Reply to Madam Theresa's comments - we have proof that the item was loaded out of our warehouse and left Nepal - we handle every move with precision and utmost care - We handle almost 60% of country's household goods move and we are careful with every single move - The said item has left Nepal for sure and it must have been lost/misplaced at destination . We are sorry for the loss - but simply would like to deny the claim.
