We used Pampered Pets (Singapore) together with Departure Pets (Australia) for our pet's relocation from Singapore to Melbourne (including Quarantine) and then onwards to Sydney and we couldn't be happier with the experience. They offered the most competitive quotes by far without compromising on service. Communications from Carol and the Departure Pets' team was excellent, Carol is always very quick to respond to my queries and we received updates at every step of the journey which gave us great peace of mind. And Raymond was always on time to pick up our pet for his multiple vet visits. Most importantly, our pet was well looked after throughout the entire process. A truly professional and caring team. Highly recommend their services to anyone relocating their pets between Singapore and Australia.
Great experience working with Carol from the initial call to delivery of our 6 cats from the UK to Singapore! I’m glad that I came across their website when I was looking for an agent on the Singapore side. Very convenient and easy drop off and pick up. Carol and staff take wonderful care of the dogs. My dog was happy there. I was sent some pictures of him where he was playing with other dogs and he was also taken on walks. Overall a wonderful experience.

Carol and Staff at pampered pets helped with the relocation of my 5 cats from Malaysia to Singapore. They were so lovely and very efficent, i genuinely felt like they cared. They also went to check on the Cats when they arrived for there first day qaurantine, as my flight didn’t get into to Singapore until after the centre closed. Would highly recomend.
