We made the relocation from Miami to Dubai. I started the process on my own but ended up reaching out last minute to Pawsome pets for assistance (I had inquired with them prior) we were able to take Papi in cabin on Etihad landing in Abu Dhabi. They were incredible, despite the last minute planing, they were friendly, attentive and made everything so easy to move forward. My only regret was just not letting them do everything from the start! Despite the time difference their communication and attentiveness to us was impeccable, I highly recommend reducing your stress and going with Pawsome pet for relocation services. They are well known, professional and the quality of service you seek when trusting for your pets wellbeing. Thank you to Mirela and the whole team that were even in touch with my husband while I was en route making sure everything was going smoothly.
We chose Pawsome pets for our dog's relocation from Greece to Abu Dhabi and we received exactly the service we were expecting. Mirela and her colleagues were there all the time for us , answering all the questions and preparing everything perfectly. The export,the flight and the import went very smoothly. I boarded my cat, Koko, here for 10 days and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. What I loved most is that they keep all cats separate, which was such a relief since Koko doesn’t get along with other cats. They also made the effort to spend time with him every day, and even though he’s not the friendliest with strangers, they managed to make him feel safe and comfortable. The daily pictures and videos they sent (without me ever having to ask!) really gave me peace of mind and made being away so much easier. This was my very first time boarding Koko with Pawsome Pets, and I can confidently say I’ll be bringing him back here every time I travel. Truly grateful for how well they cared for him.
Pawsome Pets has my highest recommendations. I have a 18 year old senior cat and always take him there when I go on leave. The facility is clean, spacious, and has a cozy atmosphere that makes Ginger feel comfortable. I love how the team takes the time to get to know each cat’s personality and specific needs. They provide regular updates, videos and photos, which gives me peace of mind while I’m away. Ginger always returns home content and well-cared for, which speaks volumes about the love and attention he receives there. Always grateful to them as Ginger is part of my Family ❤️
I relocated my rescue dog Tommy from Dubai to the UK using Pawsome Pets, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I first reached out, Hasi and Merry immediately assisted me and were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. They then passed me onto my Travel Manager Anja who was brilliant throughout the entire process she walked me through every step of the process, handled everything that was needed for the relocation and and kept me updated with everything. Joey was also great he met us at Tommys pre cargo checks and Gerard was also brilliant and put our minds at ease when we dropped Tommy off for his flight. What really stood out to me was how much they genuinely cared. They treated my dog like family, made sure he was comfortable at every stage, and provided regular updates that gave me total peace of mind through the whole process which can be quite anxiety inducing relocating your dog and how they will be on the flight. The level of attention and compassion they showed made what could have been a stressful move feel seamless and worry-free. My dog arrived safely, happy, and calm — a true testament to the amazing care Pawsome Pets provided. I can’t recommend them highly enough to anyone needing pet relocation services.
