PBS Pet Travel (Formerly PBS International Freight)

Was moving my large labradoodle from UK to US. With the limited flight availability to Miami and the concern with heat embargoes, this was a daunting and anxious task. I spoke with some of the biggest companies and ultimately settled on PBS, not because of price (although they are quite compete and fair), but it was the personal attention and sensitivity of their staff that made them great. Huge thanks from us to Sophie and Jason for being available to address our concerns, no matter how petty, relieve our anxiety with your sincere empathy, and most importantly for getting our best friend here safely.

They completed our pups paper, put it on the table and left home for their holiday instead of handling it to the Animal service center to let we take our pups. No call, no text or any thing to inform us the process, we desparately waited for 5 and a half hour, all our call go to voice mail. I am not recommend this agent at all, it has been a week already and not even a sorry email after that, my first 1 star review was deleted idk why

PBS has moved my bearded dragon from the UK to Canada and I recommend them wholeheartedly. I was so very worried about him travelling and it's so rare to find travel advice for pets that are not dogs or cats. At one point, I wasn't even sure if we could take him. Well, I couldn't have been more wrong. He arrived not only safe and sound, but full of energy as well. He loves his new hammock and the new food he got to try.Tired from the journey? Not my boy! Sophie has been absolutely amazing from the start, explaining the process to me and reassuring me every step of the way. I honestly could not have imagined this would go so well and it's exceeded all my expectations!

I had to relocate from the UK to the US and contacted PBS Pet Travel for a quote regarding my pet turtle. They provided one on the telephone but never mailed me the proper documentation. Luckily, at the same time I contacted a few others listed on the IPATA website and created options, though my preference was to use PBS Pet Travel's services. 2 months before the moving date I called in to book their services and was able to speak with the pet export agent who said she would provide me with a detailed quote and arrange details. She never got back to me and I tried calling a number of times over a couple of weeks only to be told she was off sick and no one else would be able to help me. I eventually gave up and used another company which I've found to be much more professional and reliable.
