I'll make it simple..ya wanna ship a pet? Yer LiL buddy? USE THESE GUYS!! There great!! I had 2 Great Danes to ship from FL. to Thailand. I needed giant crates made and everything else done for us. 1st.,most companies don't want to pay for human customer service so everything is done via email with a day or 2 between communications. Then when you do find someone your looking at crazy prices prices,,maybe,,,they're not sure it might, (it will) go up. Then when we found one near us for a reasonable price the goof ball didn't know what to do. He was a paper passer who may have worked for someone and just started on his own. After wasting a month with this guy he stomped his feet and quit because he was in over his head. Then the clouds parted and a light shone on Peace of mind. They cleaned up the mess made by the other guy and us back on track. Anthony knew what he was doing, he corrected several errors made by Goofy and importantly whenever we had to contact him he was available and let me tell with all the international paperwork that needs to be dealt with that is very important. Bottom line: when others said "no "or 'I needed more dough', Anthony said 'Lets go!!". USE HIM..

Justin and his company co-ordinated with multiple agencies (origin country pet movers, vets, and destination country pet movers to name some) in order to get our furbabies from the Caribbean to South America. They kept us up to date on the process and provided pictures so that we could see how our girls were doing. We really appreciate all of their help, as we do not know how we would've been able to do this without them. We were truly impressed with the professional manner in which all of this occurred, and the kindness shown to our furbabies at all times. Peace of Mind Pet Shipping did a fantastic job with a complicated move of our 2 german shepherds, Lola and Baron, from Belize to South Carolina - even when because of travel issues, they had to spend an extra night in Florida. Great communication and service!
Bubby and Bubble had such a great time at the Peace of Mind Pet Resort! They spent 17 days with them and we received their videos and updates regularly. My dogs came back home relaxed and clean wiggling their tails. The staff members were always in touch with us and they did their utmost to meet our needs.
