Helpful assistance and good service. I really appreciate their helping me understand and taking good care of my pets. Overall, caring and knowledgable staff! The only thing that concerns me is the high costs because I have three kittens, so that will add up to the bills pretty quickly. It would be great if the clinic offer some kind of discount or voucher for "family accounts" since I take all my kittens here 😂

As someone who has just moved to HCMC with my dog I was delighted to find veterinary care for him where I feel confident he will be well taken care of for any of his needs. Wonderful, clean, and modern facilities. Every staff member we met was friendly and attentive. Above all, my dog was very happy to be there. Dr. Rachel was excellent. I didn't get the names of everyone else and hope to eventually but every member of staff we interacted with was great at making my dog and I feel very welcomed and comfortable.

My cat had heated symptoms but she was spayed a year ago (at other place). I suspected her to have Ovarian Remnant Syndrome. However, the vet said this case is very rare and suggested me to run other tests. After spending 10 million vnd, the vet said the cat seems to be stressed and asked me to bring her back home to monitor. The vet recommended me to buy the Urinary Royal Canin pet food because she saw some tiny crystals in her (the cat) pee, and thought this could cause those symptoms. I went to another vet the next day and my cat indeed had Ovarian Remnant Syndrome and I decided for her to have the surgery there. The cat is healthy now. I won’t recommend this place because of all those useless and costly testing just to tell me that my cat was stressed even though she was in pain. Also, they hurt my cat when shaving her.
