Pet Air Carrier was amazing! We are a military family and were PCS'ing to Belgium, and we needed help last minute as United couldn't fly our dog (they told my husband the wrong thing) to Belgium and other airlines couldn't fly our dog to Belgium due to the heat, and a friend recommended Pet Air Carrier to us. They were able to help us last minute to get our dog to Belgium, and Renee West was amazing throughout every step. She explained everything and helped out with everything, and was available for us whenever we needed it. Our dog made it safe and sound to us in Belgium! I recommend Pet Air Carrier 100% to everyone. After losing my husband in the spring, I decided that I wanted to return from the US to my family home in England, but I had no idea how I would take Mabel (our dog) with me, and I was not going to leave her behind. I researched some pet transportation companies. Pet Air Carrier were by far the most knowlegable and helpful - I knew from my first call with them that they would take care of me and my 4 legged baby. Denise and Anita were absolutely wonderful - holding my hand every step of the way - very quick to respond to emails and questions, and believe me I had a lot of questions! They made the whole process so easy - filling out the forms needed, and working so closely with my vet that all I had to do was ensure that Mabel was at the vet for the necessary appointments then drop off the completed paperwork for the USDA in a FedEx mailbox. Anita picked up Mabel at the house the morning of her travel and I knew right away that she would take care of my baby - and she did - even sending pictures of her when they stopped for potty breaks on the way to the airport. Anita texted me when Mabel had been checked in with Lufthansa to let me know all was well. The next communication was from the PAC representative in Frankfurt to my family to let them know Mabel had arrived safely. She had a layover in Frankfurt for a few hours then flew on to Heathrow where once again, a PAC representative contacted my family to let them know she had arrived and would be ready to be picked up in a few hours. When she finally came through the doors to my family, she was ecstatic to see them - you would never have believed that she is over 11 and had just traveled halfway across the world!! She is loving country life in England!!!! I cannot say enough great things about PAC - if you need to transport your pets anywhere, you cannot go wrong using this wonderful company whose employees obviously love what they do and are extremely good at it! PAC and especially Denise and Anita - thank you so very much !

International pet travel. ATL - SPAIN. Overnight in Frankfurt Germany Animal Lounge. 5 stars for Ren helping us get our big dog to Spain safely. It's very stressful not knowing what to expect while shipping a pet overseas in the cargo area of plane. Ren always answered her phone and kept in touch. A big thank you to Anita for picking up Beau and transporting him to ATL and getting him checked in for the flight . That alone made the expenses worth every penny. What a relief. Everything worked out well and our adorable pet made it safely to Spain. For peace of mind I highly recommend getting a pet International business to support the move. I'm very satisfied with the outcome and happy that I chose the Pet Air Carrier!

I absolutely loved my experience with Pet Air Carrier! They were very helpful every step of the way in shipping my cat overseas. My cat had a four day trip and when she was delivered to me she was happy and healthy. Her kennel was clean as was she and it was clear that she had been fed and watered and well cared for. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone shipping their fur babies as the company clearly cares about the health and safety of the pets they help transport!
