We just made the big move from Monterrey, Mexico to Istanbul, Türkiye, and we could not be more grateful for the incredible support of the Petair Mexico team in relocating our dog and cat. A few days before our departure, they lovingly picked up our pets, handled all the necessary certifications, cared for them in Mexico City, and personally met us at the airport on the day of our flight. Thanks to their guidance, what could have been an overwhelming and stressful experience became seamless. They stayed with us through every detail—helping us check in with Turkish Airlines, ensuring our dog was safely placed in cargo, and making sure our cat was comfortably in our hands before departure. Given my transfer from Mexico to India I engaged the services of Melissa and her team of Pet Air Mexico to take care of the export requirement from Mexico and the travel arrangement for my dog, Vamos. I found them to be very knowledgeable in all requirements and having the appropriate contacts within the government to overcome any issues or special requirements quickly. They also showed extreme patience and flexibility when dealing with the import agency in India. But foremost they always put Vamos’s needs and well being first. I would recommend them to anyone either importing or exporting a pet to or from Mexico..
This review is long overdue. I used PetAir Mexico when I moved from Mexico City to San Jose, Costa Rica. I worked primarily with Melissa who was extremely professional, responsive, and reassuring. As I prepare to move again, I only wish I could work with Melissa and use Pet Air Mexico Services. Not only were the rates reasonable, they were worth every. single. penny. They took care of literally every step of the process. As someone who is extremely anxious and stressed when traveling with my very senior pups, I am eternally grateful for all their care and support. They not only gave me written updates, but photo updates - I hadn't even asked for them. They literally could not have done it better -- 1000/10. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
