I was traveling from Columbia, a high risk rabies country, to the USA. The pet cargo part of the process hands down was the easiest part for me to deal with. Excellent and responsive communication was offered all along the way. And then when I handed off my dog to the handler at the airport, I knew he was in good hands. I can't say enough good things about how I was treated and Dax the Wonder Dog was treated as well. Yes, it was an expensive aspirin, but it totally eliminated any headaches that I may have had transporting Dax the Wonder Dog to the CDC quarantine facility in Miami from Cartagena. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, Pet Cargo.
I am so impressed by the service we received from Pet Cargo. We have moved our dog to three different countries and this was by far the most straightforward and stress-free journey. Not only are their prices reasonable and fair, they provide a unique service in moving pets on accompanied flights. Our senior 65lb Labrador arrived to us in perfect health and was happy and tail-wagging after her long journey. Even with some delays and itinerary changes, Erick and team were super communicative and flexible with us. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking for a pet transportation company. They are real professionals who took the stress out of moving our 9-year old pup from Miami to Bogota.
I cannot recommend Pet Cargo highly enough. I was relocating from Austin, TX, to Lima, Peru, with my pitbull, Luna, and was incredibly stressed about the logistics, especially given the extra travel restrictions for her breed. The Pet Cargo team handled everything flawlessly. They picked Luna up in Austin, drove her to Miami, provided constant updates with photos (which gave me immense peace of mind), and arranged for her to be accompanied on the flight to Peru. She arrived safe, sound, and happy. We are now all settled in our new home. I would 100% use their services again.
My babies made it to Sevilla Spain and its all because of Pet Cargo!! I had a very unique situation which resulted in us missing Pet Cargo's mid-month trip to Spain and because we had to leave on August 17th, Pet Cargo not only opened up a date for my babies to travel to Spain, but because it was after our departure date, they stayed with our babies until their flight! On top of that they arrived a day earlier which we welcomed! Pet Cargo picked them up on time so we didn't miss our flight and Pablo handled them beautifully. Our big baby Kuro was super nervous since he has NEVER been away from us and Pablo took extra care with him. I was super nervous because this was their first flight and it being international I was sooooo scared but Camila answered all of my questions, eased my concerns and dealt with my manic self with such grace. We were on a super tight budget and their prices are super reasonable, for the level of care, if I had a bigger budget, I would of been happy to pay more. On top of all of this, my babies leashes and harness were left behind. I didn't sweat it much but they insisted on sending it me. On their next trip to Spain they went to a local courier and sent me all of it via mail and I got it in two days. If we ever move to another part of the world, and they are able to help, I will use them everytime!!! Thank you Pet Cargo for all you did! You rock and are super awesome!
From the very beginning, Pet Cargo made the experience feel welcoming and reassuring. As a first-time pet shipper, I was not sure how anything worked, but they made the entire process smooth and far less stressful than expected. Shipping my pet internationally was much easier compared to other companies I contacted, and I truly appreciated the regular updates along the way. I was reunited with my fur baby quickly and affordably, and I felt genuinely supported throughout his journey.
