Many thanks to Pet Carriers, and especially to Soile, for all the support they gave me with my rather difficult case of transferring my pet from Montenegro to Australia. It was a long and expensive journey, but it ended well and my cat is finally home. :)

We bought our two cats from Sydney to New Zealand during covid restrictions. The team at Pet Carriers couldn't have been more knowledgeable or helpful - and they looked after the cats for two weeks while we were in isolation, sending regular photos and updates. The cats arrived happy and well cared for. Definitely recommended

We flew our two bunnies from Sydney to Tassie and we found Pet Carriers to be great to deal with. The main contact was Gemma who was knowledgeable about looking after rabbits in transport and was happy to talk through any and all questions we had. I later dropped into the Mascot location to pick up the travel box and she explained the process. On the day they picked up the bunnies from our apartment in the morning and in the afternoon they arrived safe in Tas. Gemma checked in that night to make sure they were settling in okay. Definitely a good experience

Let me assure you, this company got my bird and dog from Sydney to Singapore without any issues. The bird needed a lot of paperwork which we got through in the end, but Gemma was very helpful.
My dog arrived the same day without any issues and bird a month later due to quarantine. I was sent pictures and updates on a regular basis.

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt something needed to be said so that others don't have to have the same experience.
If you are looking for a reliable, communicative, caring and honest relocation company to put your mind at ease during an already stressful time - THIS IS NOT IT. Please, spare yourselves the frustration and go elsewhere. We chose this company to help us relocate our dog from Germany to Australia, and that decision ended up making us 10x more anxious & unsure about the whole process.
Soile, the woman who I believe is the owner of the company, happily took our $1500 deposit and did the bare minimum in exchange. She did not follow through with her promises upon payment, rarely answered my questions or emailed me back, and when I eventually did voice my concerns she chose to completely ignore it altogether. This is not a professional way to do business, and frankly we did not trust her to relocate our precious pup safely. She claims to alleviate uncertainty during a stressful time, but she actually made the situation so much worse because of her complete lack of competence, care and communication skills. We ended up asking for a refund, but she still walked away with most of our deposit. I think this says a lot, that we chose to lose our money instead of continuing to work with her.
I think the worst part for me was the fact that I felt she just didn't care at all. If she did, she would have addressed my concerns or tried to rectify the situation somehow, but she didn't. She just ignored me. She doesn't care, and in a company like this - you have to care!!
