I had recently relocated from Singapore to Sarawak with my husband , 2 dogs and 3 cats. Ophelia and her team at Pets2Go really went out of their way to make the process as Stressless as it possibly could be. Highly responsive in their communication, and extremely fastidious with their attention to detail - multiple mistakes in the documentation were spotted straight away. Pets2Go had my full confidence. My husband and I are eternally grateful to them for ensuring a smooth and safe outcome.

From start to finish, the whole team was professional, caring, and made sure Patchi’s journey from Singapore to Australia was as smooth and comfortable as possible. A special thank you to Ophelia🤗, who was truly wonderful throughout the entire process — from the time we left Manila until we picked Patchi up in Melbourne. She was so kind, patient, and understanding, always keeping us updated with detailed messages and reassuring us whenever we felt anxious. Thanks to her, we always knew Patchi was safe and well cared for. They even gave us a pleasant surprise when Patchi had to spend her birthday away from us. We are so grateful for Pets2Go for their help and expertise on moving our 2 dogs across the world TWICE!! Our girls flew from Florida to Singapore in October 2023 and Singapore back to Florida just last week in April 2025! Both times with a comfort stop in Amsterdam. I can’t imagine doing this on our own (pet cargo and comfort stop booking, travel crate set up and labeling requirements, import/export paperwork/vet exams, etc), probably a lot of mishaps. Ophelia, Faith and the entire Pets2Go team put us and our girls at ease during this stressful process. They kept us well informed and addressed all of our concerns! Highly recommend their door-to-door service if you are relocating with pets!!!
Douglas and the team were fantastic in relocating my 2 dogs from Singapore to Australia. I was provided with regular updates and they took great care to ensure both dogs were as comfortable as possible during their journey and transition to Australia. Would recommend to anyone looking to relocate their pet from Singapore.
I cannot recommend Pets2Go highly enough and especially the incredible Faith, who guided me through every step of what felt like an impossible journey getting my dog from Vietnam to Singapore and finally to Australia. Boy was she patient with my (not even joking) 200 emails full of worries and questions. Moving a pet internationally is complex and stressful at the best of times, and Miso's case was particularly tricky. But Faith was an absolute rock! Knowledgeable, responsive, calm, and kind through every stage. From helping coordinate flights and quarantine, to navigating paperwork across multiple countries, Faith made sure every single detail was handled with care and precision. What truly set her apart was the genuine compassion she showed for both me and Miso. I never felt like “just another client” she understood how much Miso meant to me and always made time to reassure, explain things clearly, and problem-solve with heart. Thanks to Faith and the team at Pets2Go, Miso made it all the way to Australia safely and smoothly - a journey years in the making. I will be forever grateful for their support and dedication.
