I had an amazing experience with PetLimo and can’t recommend them enough! From the very beginning, the process was smooth, professional, and super reassuring. I needed transportation for my dog, and as any pet owner knows, trusting someone else with your fur baby can be nerve-wracking — but PetLimo completely exceeded my expectations. Our two precious border collies arrived on Thanksgiving which meant they had to stay over in the kennels. We received an introductory email from Caterina ensuring us that Benji and Skye will be in her good hands during their stay at PetLimo, and thàt removed some of the anticipation and anxiety to welcome our pets in the States. The following day we received regular updates on the process and the best news was that they were completely released by the CDC, and we can collect them. The warm welcome at Petlimo made me realise this is not just a business, it was also home to our precious babies while the process needed to play out. We would like to thank èvery person who was involved with Skye and Benji during their stay at PetLimo for their love and care. This whole process of flying our pets was stressful, and to have such a successful and joyful ending to their journey is just incredible. We thank you all, from A to Z Pet Brokers to CDC to Petlimo. Thank you Pet Limo. This was the most stressful thing I had to do. Fly my 1.6 kg, 9 year old Yorky 8600 miles across the world, in cargo. Due to his size, we were scared for this long trip, however he had so my troopers rooting for him. Checking up on him at every milestone of his journey. We did not sleep for 36 hours. Then he arrived in Miami. Pet Limo sent me a message saying they will take care of everything when he lands and that I do not need to worry. And boy they did. I was assured that they had him the day of his arrival. The next morning I got an update. His process from arrival started smooth and calm. He was having breakfast. This made my heart happy as he is such a fussy eater. And I was to receive pictures after his vet check and vaccines. The pictures came and my heart melted. This would be the first time in 3 days that i had confirmation he was ok. Team Limo shared these with so much grace. Giving me so much peace that all is ok with my boy. Pet Limo and Team. Thank you so much. You calmed my fears, you protected and calmed my boy after a long journey. You loved him deeply and I could see that when you gave him to me. Thank you. Pet Limo is the best place I've ever seen for a pet transportation and boarding business. The staff really cares about your pet , the personal touch is out of this world! I imported my dog from Dominican Republic and the pet importer I hired did not deliver on their service promise. Pet Limo made it right ensuring all of the CDC and vet documents were perfect to ensure a smooth import experience. I cant thank thank them enough especially Yeli and Caterina they were so helpful and caring for my dog Blue... but the whole staff is great. Working with Pet Limo to get Beni home was an absolutely wonderful experience. Beni is a dog I rescued off the streets of Peru in a very injured and horrible state. I rehabbed him back to full health and got adopted in Miami. I had never brought a dog from Peru to Miami but Pet Limo helped me understand the import process with the CDC entirely and provided me with all the resources necessary to be able to arrange bringing Beni home. They also provided clear instructions on which airlines to travel with, what days and times to arrive at for smoothest processing, and a list of brokers to chose from as a broker was required in Beni's case. Pet Limo was a HUGE help in dealing with the CDC import process. They provided me with forms I needed to fill out and they then handled the paperwork and processing with the CDC. They were extremely attentive to our needs and Tracy from Pet Limo, personally oversaw Beni's processing and kept us (me and his adoptive mom) informed of his status until he was finally released. The cherry on top was when Tracy herself delivered Beni to us in Kendall, Miami around 9:30 pm at night. Pet Limo truly provided an over the top service in ensuring Beni made it through CDC release, to get to customs release, and all the way home in the same day. Not to mention they sent us an update with a picture of Beni mid-day which was so nice to receive - see attached. It was clear from the moment they picked up Beni at the airport to the moment they dropped him off, that they truly care for and love the animals they help. They even gave us a beautiful portrait of Beni at their facility for us to keep as a keepsake, which is now displayed on a shelf in my living room as a beautiful memory of Beni's incredible adoption journey. I tear up as I write this because Beni's story and rescue is remarkable, he is my first international adoption from Peru and I would not have been able to get him home to his forever family without Pet Limo's high touch service and assistance. Thank you so so much to Tracy and Cece for all your help in getting Beni home to his new & best life!! ♥️
