I recently relocated my dog, Ica, from Costa Rica to Finland — a journey across continents — and PetLounge handled everything with absolute excellence. Their communication was impeccable. I received updates, photos, and detailed information about how Ica was doing at every stage of her journey. They organized every single detail seamlessly. It’s almost unbelievable that a trip this long went without a single issue — but it did. Their professionalism, care, and love for animals show in everything they do. Pet Lounge did an amazing job transporting our 3 big dogs from Phoenix to Costa Rica! They picked them up from our house, drove them to LAX, flew them to San Jose, boarded them for a few days, and then drove them to our house in Tamarindo. They kept us up to date on everything and shared videos of the dogs playing and running around loving life! The dogs didn't want to leave! I highly recommend their services!! 10/10!!
While planning our move to Costa Rica, we received several glowing recommendations for Pet Lounge CR. The idea of moving our 3 dogs to a new country seemed daunting, but after speaking with Mariana and Pedro, we felt confident that the team would make our dogs’ journey as safe and comfortable as possible. They walked us through every requirement and helped us prepare for the transfer. On the day of the flight, Zac picked up our dogs and drove them to the airport, where he and Pedro made sure the dogs were safely loaded onto the plane. The communication along the way was outstanding, and we always knew where our dogs were and who they were with. The Pet Lounge CR team also boarded our dogs at their wonderful facility in Costa Rica for an extra day while we navigated our own move. The dogs were loved and well cared for, and were safely transported to our front door in Costa Rica by Jaime. The entire process went so smoothly thanks to this great organization. We are happy to highly recommend their services to anyone looking to bring their pets to the land of Pura Vida!
We recently moved from Colorado to Costa Rica and chose PetLounge to transport our two dogs.
