For medical reason of my family member, I needed to relocate from Calgary, Canada to Hong Kong urgently. Pet Movers Hong Kong was the most responsive company, and their door-to-door package included all the services from shipping the crate, guidance on vaccinations requirements, arranging two flights, to obtaining the dog license in Hong Kong, etc. Eric was very helpful, patient, informative, and great communicator. Louise was the one who helped to pick up my dog Juju at Hong Kong Airport and spent hours to do all the paperwork. Juju arrived safely and healthy last night. Last but not least, I really appreciate their help. Without them, I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to come back in time for my family. I highly recommend their services. 🙏🙏👍👍
We’re very happy with the service, appreciated all the support from Eric!! Travelled from Japan to Hong Kong with two frenchies, and the process was complicated due to the snub nosed dog policy across the airlines. We reached out literally more than 10 agents for advice, Pet Mover HK was almost the only one who provided a solution. The pet hotel in Korea they coordinated (AND PET HOTEL) was such a great experience as well. Our dog truly enjoyed the dog run and loved the very kind stuff there (you can tell the happiness from the attached pictures😆). We highly recommend their service for those who’re thinking to move in/ out of HK!
I used “Pet Movers HK” to move my 9-year-old whippet from Toronto to Hong Kong. I inquired with many companies and found this organization to be the most responsive. My dog arrived safe and sound last night, and I highly recommend this organization—I believe your dog will be in good hands. My dog has severe separation anxiety and will try to escape; once, he scratched the door so hard that his paws started to bleed. You can imagine the difficulties and concerns I had, especially with him being locked up in a crate for 22 hours (15 hr flight + 7 hrs of customs processing). Eric, the owner, is extremely fast in replying, very flexible in accommodating your needs, and also very patient. In terms of pricing, they are on par with other reputable companies, and I find it quite reasonable. I cannot recommend Eric and his team enough and will definitely use them again in the future.
Eric and Louise were the best helping me relocate my dog Dosik from China to Australia. We are picking Dosik up on Monday at the quarantine facility! Couldn't be happier!
Not a very nice experience, I called to request to send my pet aboard. On the first day they replied they would call the department of the country and replied soon, the next day I got an email from them, “Maybe you can check with japan government see if japan allow to import.”
