WE love this service! We moved from Santa Marta to Ohio and the staff at Pet Services was kind, helpful and responsive every step of the way. They gave us great recommendations, offered help with import, export, applications and we even ended up working with a recommendation of theirs to import our dog to the USA. Our dog arrived calm, serene and healthy - and I am sure it is due to the kindness and special care along the way provided by Pet Services. I would recommend them to anyone moving abroad with their pets! To and from Colombia!
EXTREMELY GRATEFUL!!!!!!!! This is a very well structured company, all it’s staff are people who love animals so if you are looking to ship your pet over or any other good, do trust them!!! I have had an amazing experience and specially with Jessika Mejía in Colombia who was there and very patient!!! she made sure my little dog was safe and sound in the other side of the world!!! The service was from Bogotá to Frankfurt and I just have to say: I totally recommend using these services in case you need to ship anything internationally!!! The logistics staff also extremely kind and caring for my dog, I have no other words to say more than BIG THANK YOU!!! Very very happy!!! - BIG HUGE thank you to Jessi, you are the best support I had with the process!! This is a great company. I needed to update my ESA quickly and they were able to accommodate. The therapist was thorough and empathetic and the process was as easy as it could be. Recommend.
I tried to send my cats from Spain to Bogotá with them, the communication was really bad, they never were transparent with me, they never replied my messages, they replied emails within 1 or 2 days. When I was preparing the money to pay I asked when will they deliver the cats after landing, it took them to answer 1 day... and then they said the would be in retained at the airpot, at last minute they told that my cats will stay the full weekend at the airport, this could be avoided replying messages on time and being transparent. Do not ship your pet with them and never do it on a Friday...
