We had an excellent experience with Pet Transport NZ. From start to finish, the team was AMAZING, organised and very supportive.
They do provide a lot of information, but that is actually one of their greatest strengths. When relocating animals internationally, every detail matters, and their communication gave us confidence that nothing was overlooked. It is clear that everything they share is necessary for the wellbeing and safety of our fur babies.
They carefully explained the best flight options from NZ to Italy, prioritised safe routes and transit times, and strongly encouraged proper crate training before travel, which made a real difference for our pets.
You can truly feel that they care about the animals, not just the logistics. We are very grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone relocating pets internationally.

I had a very positive experience with Pet Transport NZ when transporting my cat from Auckland to Beijing. The entire process was handled in a very professional and organized manner.
Their team (Sarah and Leslie) was extremely responsive and always replied quickly to my questions, which gave me great peace of mind during what can otherwise be a stressful process. Communication was smooth and friendly, and all instructions were very clear and easy to follow. They guided me through every step, including the veterinary documentation, MPI certification, and flight arrangements.
Everything was managed efficiently and professionally, and my cat arrived safely. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the support they provided throughout the journey.
I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs to transport a pet internationally.

We transported our two large dogs from NZ to Canada. The process was smooth, the kennels excellent quality, and the communication was so strong. Even when the airlines made last minute changes, the team advocated hard for us and saved the day.

We can’t thank Tish and her team enough for the incredible care and service they provided while transporting our fur baby, Daisy, to Australia. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond our expectations—nothing was too much trouble.
Tish was genuinely caring and treated Daisy as if she were her own. The team kept us constantly updated with phone calls and emails, which really helped ease our nerves during such a big move. Their communication was exceptional, and we always felt Daisy was in safe, loving hands. Tish went above and beyond to support us and Daisy through the process. She quickly sent us an enormous crate so Daisy could get used to it well in advance, which made a huge difference. When Air NZ couldn’t accommodate Daisy on our flight and had to rebook her on a later one, Tish and her team personally looked after her in the meantime. She even sent us photos of Daisy right up until we boarded our flight...Communication about the change was prompt and thoughtful—Tish even called us directly, adding a personal touch that truly took the service to the next level.
This kind of service is rare. We wholeheartedly recommend Tish and her team to anyone needing pet transport—they’re simply the best. Thank you again for going the extra mile and making this experience so smooth and stress free for both us and Daisy!
