Every fine detail was taken care of, which gave us so much confidence and peace of mind. A very special thanks to the team member who accompanied us to the AQCS centre in New Delhi and stayed with Billu until he boarded the aircraft (sorry for forgetting his name). Their timely and regular WhatsApp updates, along with real-time images, were so reassuring and truly eased our worries. Billu had an incident-free journey, and we are now settling into our new life in the UK with comfort and gratitude. Billu’s journey is remarkable — from sleeping over dustbins as a tiny kitten in Mumbai, when I first adopted him (2020), to now living his best life in London. We had to relocate from Delhi with 5 cats and 2 dogs. We knew it's gonna be challenging: we came to India with 5 pets and it was reallypainful, doing everything by ourselves. And we were right... we tried everything we could to do it again, and move back to our country without any assistance. Unfortunately we discovered it to be impossible...In the end, after exploring all the options and discussing with many agents, we chose Petfly, although not an easy decision.... And it was a good decision, all in all. We felt much more comfortable and the relocation happened smoothly... It was a very complicated move, as anyone can imagine, but the experience and leadership of dr. Choudhary made things much more bearable...it was a long and tenues process, but I'll just have to say that the unique services that we received inside the airport were simply unmatchable: we could not have handled that burden alone, that's for sure...and having dr. CHOUDHARY with us, in the middle of the night, to coordinate his team, was a very pleasant surprise and something that we can't be grateful enough...

We had an absolutely amazing experience with the PetFly team! They helped us relocate our 6-year-old Shih Tzu from Delhi to Toronto and then back again within 3 months, and everything was handled seamlessly.
