Petraveller were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Moving our French Bulldog, Saidi, from Sydney to Dubai was something we were naturally very nervous about. As anyone knows, French Bulldogs are a high-risk breed when it comes to air travel, so choosing the right company was critical for us. From day one, the team at Pettraveller gave us complete confidence. Their communication was exceptional, with constant updates with photos and videos throughout the journey which made a huge difference — we always felt reassured that Saidi was in the best possible hands. They handled everything door-to-door, including all export paperwork from Australia and import requirements into the UAE, making what could have been a very stressful process completely seamless. The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was second to none. We honestly couldn’t recommend Petraveller and the entire team highly enough — absolutely fantastic service. It was so great to work with Paul, he was easy to communicate with and reassured me on my cat's travel. I was incredibly anxious since my cat was having some bladder issues leading up to the flight, but the team was giving me constant updates during his long travel from Australia to Norway. I am so very grateful for that. The entire process was so easy and smooth, I didn't need to do much at all! Throughout the entire relocation, Petraveller was with us every step of the way, always responsive, thoughtful, and proactive. We are deeply grateful to Lenny, Monique, Anna, Jacky, and everyone behind the scenes who, in one way or another, helped make Katya and Luna’s journey to Singapore so smooth and stress-free. Petraveller made the complex process of moving my 2-year-old BSH from Sydney to Hong Kong incredibly smooth.
