Fantastic Experience – Thank You Pets Abroad UK, Dogtainers Australia & Mickleham Quarantine! We recently moved our two cats from the UK to Australia and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It’s such a stressful process, but all three teams were absolutely fantastic — professional, caring, and great communicators throughout. A huge thank you to Melody at Pets Abroad UK for organizing everything so smoothly and keeping us informed every step of the way. Laura Adams at Dogtainers Australia was wonderful — always happy to answer questions and provide updates, which made the whole experience so much easier. And finally, a big thanks to Joel and the team at Mickleham Post Entry Quarantine Facility for taking such great care of our boys once they arrived, keeping us updated and ensuring they were safe, happy, and well looked after. All three companies worked together seamlessly to make sure our cats arrived safely and settled quickly. We’re so grateful — highly recommend them all!

Pets Abroad UK & Dogtainers Australia have been a godsend for us. Andre & Melody in the UK and the Dogtainers team in Australia have been so helpful with the whole progress informing us of what we needed to complete and the timescales, liasing with our vets and arranging the quarantine as well. They made this whole process a lot less stressful and now our two fur babies Misty and Chiara are happy and settled in their new home in Australia. Worked with PetsAbroadUK to get my nervous pointer from UK to NZ. Great process with quick and efficient communication from a friendly team! Everything is laid out so you can see the timeline for the process and they also liaise with vets so the dog gets everything they need! Nellie wasn’t the easiest customer and she’s come out the other side just the same, without any ill-effects from her trip!! Thanks for putting my mind at ease and looking after my girl!

Having to move a nervous dog abroad, let alone across the Atlantic, is a stressful experience but Pets Abroad UK were incredible in making the process as smooth as possible! Even with unpredictable Air Canada strikes, Becky kept us updated throughout and was able to get Eddy booked onto the originally planned flight without any problems. The driver Jamie was communicative regarding pick-up and helped Eddy feel instantly at ease before the drive. Vet checks being done during boarding also took a big stress off knowing he was healthy and safe to fly in advance. He has already settled in Montreal and I would 100% recommend Pets Abroad UK to anyone looking to relocate a beloved pet!
