I entrusted my cat's relocation to Animal Trips for a promised 3-7 day journey from Poland to Moscow. However, it's took them 12 days. The representative's incompetence caused last-minute document scrambling. As far as the company informed us, the delay was due to customs issues related to one of the pets. We believe the company should have resolved it within hours or left the problematic pet with their representative to continue the trip with the others. Despite driver dedication, the overall experience was disappointing. I hope this serves as a cautionary tale and urges the company to improve its professionalism.
Our dog had a wonderful trip from Moscow to The Hague. It’s a relatively long trip which took almost 4 days. Two managers constantly update the status of our dog with photos and videos, which is huge relief to my anxiety. Meanwhile, they also have track&trace service, with that I can see our dog’s location in real-time. They also walked the dog regularly. All in all, they took care of our dog and we’re satisfied with the “замечательные” services!
Top Service everything was fine! Mit Little dog was clean and happy as she arrived! Communication very fast! Our Driver Evgenij was the best! Thank you for all! My miniature Pincher travelled from Vilnius to near Nürnberg in one day.
