I cannot say enough positive things about the team at Pets Go Global for the outstanding job they did relocating my Siberian Husky, Sasha, from Miami to Panama. Moving internationally can be stressful under the best of circumstances, and entrusting your pet to someone else during that process adds another level of concern. Pets Go Global made the entire experience smooth, transparent, and reassuring from beginning to end. Throughout the process they kept me informed with frequent updates and messages about Sasha’s travel schedule and progress. What meant the most to me were the videos they sent showing Sasha receiving loving care along the way. Seeing her happy and well cared for provided tremendous peace of mind during a very busy and stressful international move. Their attention to detail and professionalism were evident at every step, and they even went the extra mile by delivering Sasha directly to my location in Panama City. Such an amazing company that helps you through the whole process of relocating your loved pet! From the start Marla was available to answer all of my questions quickly and kindly. To Maritza meeting us at the airport and lovingly taking our pup through her vet check and meeting us on the other side. I can't thank them enough for showing such loving care and taking the stress out of our relocation process.
Marla and Maritza have been absolutely fantastic to work with. They took amazing care of Lola, have always been responsive, very accommodating and thoughtful. We have used Pets Go Global services twice already, and it has been a fantastic experience both times. Lola also stayed at their boarding facility for 2 different stays and had a wonderful time: she got plenty of love and exercise. I would highly recommend their services to all dog parents! My dog Juneau stayed with VIP for several years while we were living in Panama, so I already had a great relationship with them. When it was time to move back to the US, I naturally turned to them as my trusted pet relocation experts. The experience was great - Maritza communicated throughout the process and everything went smoothly. It was actually more complicated than I'd have thought - thank goodness they handled everything and just told me where to show up. My dog loves Maritza so she was always happy to see her. Pets Go Global shipped our large dog and two cats from Canada to Panama in Sept ‘25. They worked very hard to find the shortest flight that would accommodate our pets requirements and kept us updated throughout the move so we knew all our pets were safe and sound. They took care of all the paperwork and delivered our pets to our door in Panama. They saved us a huge amount of stress and were incredibly responsive and professional. I’d gladly recommend this company!
