Pets On Board (DUB)

Absolute disaster. We brought our french bulldog yesterday from Dublin to the UAE. We planned for more than 2 months this import and there was a mistake that could have left our dog in quarantine indefinitely. Our importing agent - Siobhan, who in theory specializes in importing dogs from Ireland to the UAE, who was in charge or very flying everything went smoothly, was not the case. There was a mismatch in the date of birth of our dog and the medical certificate, although not her mistake - definitely something she should have checked prior to placing our dog inside the airplane. With 50 mins to leave the flight the UAE agent figured this out and provided a course of action. With us desesperate and hoping for our Ireland agent to help us out, the response was useless. She was unable to coordinate anything and even mentioned that the government Vet was not available, which in fact was a lie. Secondly, in the midst of all this - she went on a lunch break despite us going through all this tension. More importantly she was clearly unaware on how to handle these kind of situations and provide sound advice and resolution. All in all, I do not recommend this company at all and less so themis agent. DO NOT USE THEM.
