Took my golden retriever in for a groom today and I am blown away! The groomers at Pets Paradise are true artists. They listened to exactly how I wanted his cut and even noticed a small skin irritation I hadn't seen. He came out smelling fresh, looking handsome, and seemed so happy (which never happens at other places!). Worth every penny. Thanks, team!"
Pets paradise is the best pet care in Kenya ...my dog Simba can't say this but am willing to speak for him. It has been great experience since I took him there when he was two months only . Now he's three years old and I can say his experience has been amazing and full of remembrance.
I have experienced prompt pick up and drop off, and they made sure to update me on my Cats wellbeing on a daily basis with photos. I honestly think he likes it there better
‼️DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE‼️ I sent my cat here for boarding over the Christmas holidays. They came late to pick up the cat and brought her home 24 HOURS later than agreed. When she arrives, she was dirty and had TICKS on her face. She came home and acted like she hadn't seen water before. I've never seen my cat behave in way in her entire life. The 5 star and 1 star reviews describe 2 completely different standards of care given to the animals and 2 completely different levels of professionalism, it seems they flip a coin on whether they will care for your pet or not.
I am heartbroken by my experience at Pet Paradise. I trusted them with my dog, and this is now the **third time** he has come back injured. The first time, he had a cut on his mouth. The second time, his eyes were so irritated he could barely open them. This last visit was the most painful for me (Thursday 20th November 2025)— I picked him up just after an hour with a severely swollen, red eyelid after a simple wash. He did NOT have this before the appointment. I have photos, videos and vet report to prove this. He was 100% okay. What hurt even more was how my concerns were handled. Instead of empathy, I was met with denial. I was told my dog “came in like that,” and no refund or accountability was offered. After I asked for evidence on how my dog was handled I also learned there is no CCTV in the grooming area, leaving me with no way to understand what happened to him. Again, no accountability on their part. My dog is part of my family, and seeing him hurt again and again has been devastating. I am sharing this because no pet owner should have to go through what we’ve gone through. I absolutely do not recommend this facility at all. Pet owners should be careful.
